his model focuses on execution of work, which is stabilized, predictable, and where a higher degree of tools and automation can be leveraged (support & maintenance projects, testing centers, monitoring services, help desk services, etc.). Burlywall will provide these solutions by tailoring our internal best practices to the clients needs while at the same time also leverage the customer investments in assets (tools, software, etc.) in order to reduce the Total Cost of Operations (TCO) and improved application and infrastructure stability.
Fixed Price Project:

here are many instances where the project work is stabilized, predictable, and needs an experienced team to execute the periodic activities. Such projects can be executed in the Fixed Price model and sometimes can also be executed by mixing it with Onshore-Offshore staffing models using a blended onshore-offshore rate. In this type of model, our clients pay for the based on achievement of each milestone during each project and not the number of hours worked.
Time &Material Project Delivery:
T
his model enables our clients to augment skilled resources based on project needs. Resources can work on projects either part time / full time either from the clients office or a remote site.
